Our Story officially began on the dusty fields of the polo grounds in Palm Springs for the annual Stagecoach Festival. The sun was setting and Emmett was positioned with an extra beer to offer Cassidy when she got there. Thanks to South Bays’ very own Million Dollar Matchmaker, McKenna Griffith set the perfect stage for a love story to unfold!! We danced the night away under the stars, singing along to Luke Combs.

Our first date back home was a few days later when the dust had barely settled. We made plans for the following weekend to go to a King’s game, sail to Catalina, and attend the Beach Life Festival. These early days framed our love perfectly. Spontaneous, fast-paced and lots of time spent together.

We both felt a strong bond early on in our relationship and that has only grown as we have gotten to know each other, and our families. We got to travel to Europe together for Emmett’s sister Meredith’s wedding. After the wedding, we traveled alone for 2 weeks through Italy and Spain. We formed an even closer bond and learned a lot about each other - like how we react to changes in plans. Having to pivot last minute, canceling plans and redirecting flights to another country, to chase the sun.

Emmett proposed to Cassidy in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The Grand Tetons and fall foliage made the perfect backdrop to begin our next chapter together!

We are so excited to continue our story and solidify a life of love with one another. We are blessed to have such amazing friends and family who support us and we cannot wait to celebrate with all of you!
